Domestic orders arrive in 3-5 business days. Standard international delivery takes 7-14 business days, and express international delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Free shipping on domestic orders over ¥999, otherwise a ¥39 flat rate applies. International orders have a flat rate of $29.99.

Bikes arrive about 85% pre-assembled. A tool kit and illustrated guide are included, and most people finish in 15-20 minutes. You can also have a local bike shop handle the assembly for you.
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Bikes may only be returned if they haven’t been ridden beyond a brief fit check on a clean surface.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Yes. All bike frames carry a 2-year warranty, and components are covered for 1 year. Warranties cover material and manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear or crash damage.
