Eligibility

Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to cancel orders arising from such errors.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. Your payment information is processed securely and we do not store full card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from our warehouses in China and Australia. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Account Security and Device Management
You are responsible for keeping your account password and verification information secure. Any actions taken by logging into and using this website through your account shall be deemed as actions performed by you personally, or by others authorized by you for whom you bear full responsibility.
To help you identify your account login status, each time you log in, we will record the device type, operating system, browser version, and network location used for that login, and generate an anonymous security identifier. This information will be summarized and displayed on the "Device Management" page of your account.
You should regularly review the list of logged-in devices on the "Device Management" page. If you discover any device or login record that you have not authorized, you must immediately log out that device through the page and promptly change your password. Any losses incurred due to your failure to review or take the above measures in a timely manner shall be borne solely by you.
You must not use the device management feature for any malicious activities, including but not limited to: using automated tools to simulate device logins, deliberately obfuscating or forging device information to evade security detection. Upon discovery, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you.
Custom Builds
Custom configuration orders are handled as Request for Quote (RFQ). Submitting a configuration does not constitute a purchase. We will review your request, source the components, and provide a personalized quote for your approval before any charges are made.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Monovane and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Monovane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the customer's jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.
